I recall that episode of Arthur where the Read family was going on a beach trip, but it rained out for a couple of days.

I'm a purveyor of art too. Experimental installation and participatory, if you know what I mean.
Early October Status

I’ve been pulling all-nighters the entire week, trying to meet school deadlines; I’m under a lot of work for drawing and painting. Since I draw and paint slower than frozen molasses, the work takes up a lot of time and it’s only possible for me to only do 2 pieces a day before it almost hits midnight.
My arms are hurting pretty bad as well, must be carrying that heavy bag full of tools, paper, sketchpads and boards I need.
Quickie: Nuit Blanche, rain photos, etc

Just a quick heads-up on what’s to come:
- Scotiabank Nuit Blanche 2009 report
- Photos from shooting in the rain
- A lookback at the hiatus
- More shooting in the rain
- A bunch of Stradale photos
- Yet another round of shooting in the rain
It’s a ton of photos to deal with.
In the meantime, I’m swamped week in-week out with drawings, drawings, drawings to do. At least, it’s good training.

I know, I’m very-very late in doing this guest post. VERY late I know(I’m sowwy!!!). I kept forgetting and the when I remembered I couldn’t think of anything to do one on…. but I can now. And you can probably guess what by the title lol. But before that, a little introduction. I’m Meimi132. A 19 year old uni student. Live in the UK. Am doing a guest post here, my own blog is here, called Meimi132 no Itonami, I think it roughly translates as ‘The life of Meimi132′ or something like it. It basically covers all the stuff I love. Otaku culture; anime, manga, figures etc, plus tv, movies, actors I like. Pretty much anything and everything that interests me, even if it doesn’t interest the reader. But I do try to be kind lol, not like I write gushing lovey-dovey posts about Tennant every week lol. Only did that when I saw him live in Hamlet and Loves Labours Lost lol. SOOOO wanna see him in real life again…. I was in the front row for LLL… gawd that was good….*sigh* Ok, see, now I’m gushing lol. Must control oneself. Onto stuff you’re guaranteed to like!!!!

Here we start with Hatsune Miku. All cute looking right? But what happens when....
You wanna see the freakish results? Well, I say freakish…. more like :squeeee: cute lol.

Thought I was gonna hurl while working on this.
I’m not pleased with the accuracy gaffes I’ve pulled with that tiny wad of styrene, so I’ve tried to do it again, but in a more accurate way using a lot of guide lines. Read the rest of this post »
